My name is Drew Vento, REALTOR®, GRI with Coldwell Banker Makai Properties (formerly Makai Properties, LLC). I have had the privilege to work as a Broker for Makai Properties for 23 years and have been selling Real Estate on Kauai for over 25 years.

Makai Properties opened their doors in Poipu in 1979 and I joined in late 1989 and have been with the company ever since.

My accomplishments as a Broker/REALTOR® on Kauai are as follows:

• Over 800 Sales Transaction, all-time leader at Makai Properties and number two all-time on the entire Island of Kauai.
• Over $270,000,000 in sales volume, all-time leader at Makai Properties and number 7 all-time on the entire Island of Kauai.
• Participate in one of every four sales that Makai Properties has been involved with since 1979.

You can read many things into the sales numbers; however I have been a proven performer and have the sales experience to help my clients through even the most difficult sales transactions in a professional and timely manner.

My out of office interests include golf, tennis, bocce, ocean sports, foosball and now guitar. I truly love the lifestyle of Kauai and have been lucky enough to be married to my wife, Dina, for over 25 years. Our two children were born and raised on Kauai and recently graduated from college. They're gainfully employeed and are off the payroll!
