Brenda has represented several developers over the years, including the Regency at Poipu Kai Phases I and II, where she oversaw the original project development, as well as the implementation of the sales and marketing program.

Brenda was hired as a Consultant to the Developers of Villas on the Prince in Princeville, prior to its construction and by Madison Marquette as they developed and leased The Shops at Kukui'ula in Poipu.   She has professionally assisted her Clients in the areas of Subdivision, Condominiumization (CPR), Fractionalization, Commercial Leasing, New Construction, Remodeling and Interior Design/Decor.

Brenda's hobby is renovation and interior design, with a reputation for good taste and the ability to work on a "shoe string" budget when necessary.  She married her best friend Lindsay Crawford in May of 2007 and is in the process of living happily ever after!  Lindsay, a Civil Engineer and Senior Project Manager at Kukui'ula Development,  is also the Owner and Photographer of Squidman Productions a Kauai based Video Production Company.

Mother of 4 children:  Daughter... Fallon Finley (1983) currently living in Austria.  New Son...  Chris Crawford (1985) recently married and living in Oceanside, CA.  Son... Taylor Finley (1985) currently living in Austin, TX.  Youngest Son... David Nieto (1996) living at home with "mom" in Poipu while attending Kauai High School.

Brenda is a born-again Christian and currently attends Kauai Christian Fellowship (KCF). She was an instrumental part of the start-up of Kauai Christian Fellowship back in 1990. She is an Adult Officer in Sea Scouts (BSA), capable of driving a 40' vessel in Hawaiian waters!!!  She loves camping (especially at Polihale State Beach) and is an amazing cook.  International Travel has taken her to many remote locations so be sure to ask about Komodo Dragons and Erupting Volcanoes.
