Erin's diverse experience and knowledge of the real estate industry comes from her years of working with real estate developer Brookfield Homes Hawaii, real estate general brokerages Prudential Locations and Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, local MLS company Hawaii Information Service, and now, Coldwell Banker Makai Properties, in both sales and marketing roles.

Born and raised on Kauai as a fourth-generation kama'aina, Erin's local sensibilities enhance her client's experiences and give her the knowledge to easily navigate the Kauai real estate market. Drawing from knowledge of all facets of the real estate industry and paired with her proficiency with social media applications and web tools, Erin is able to give her Buyers and Sellers a unique perspective and advantage in the marketplace. After working in real estate on Oahu for the past five years, Erin has moved home to Kauai to work as a team with her father, Rick Shaw, who is Principal Broker and part owner of Coldwell Banker Makai Properties.
