She and her husband Charles started their first construction company in Contra Costa County, known as Pacific Coast Construction.

They purchased their first property in the 80’s which was a brand new track home. They were able to pick up, a couple of (fixer uppers) as it was then called, renovated and proceeded to flip them. It turned out to be a lucrative move on their part, which then, spurred the decision to start a family. They were then, blessed with their son, Chase.

As circumstances would have it, they made their way back to the island. Once on the island, and getting back in to the groove of island living, they decided to sell their properties in California and proceeded to build a house on the westside of Kaua’i, in the historical town of Waimea.

With the skills and techniques, they have mastered in construction, both Giesele and Charles decided to start a company on Kaua'i, called Southpaw Builders, Inc., which has been in operation since 1992. Their company has built a number of custom and package homes, on the island, and continues to build today. It was through this experience that Giesele decided to venture into real estate.

She views being a real estate agent, a compliment to what she and her husband Charles have to offer. It’s a unique combination, and all of their clients, seem to appreciate it. Giesele is an entrepreneur at heart and would love to help others of like mind, to become property owners or investors, of residential, land, condominium and or commercial properties. When it comes to servicing her customers/clients, she attributes her success to the experiences gained as a professional entertainer, which took her half way around the world and exposed her to a diverse, spectrum of cultures.

Giesele now resides in Lawai and works out of the westside office, located in Waimea. Her most valuable assets, is her life-long knowledge of the island and her true Aloha Spirit. Her goal is to help others locate and purchase property in one of the most desirable places on earth. She takes her time in matching the perfect property for each individual buyer. She serves as Vice-President of Southpaw Builders, Inc., a member of the Board of the West Kauai Business and Professional Association, a member of Prestige Who's Who. She was named Woman of the Year 2009, by the American Biographical Institute, Woman of the Year 2011/2012, by the National Association of Professional Women. She is a Founding Member of the International Society of Photographers. A member of Global Information Network. A member of Ashford Publishing Radio. She is licensed in massage therapy and comes from a family of therapists. She is an avid fan of her son who played Inline Hockey for the famous Bullfrogs team of Kaua'i, and won the 2008 National Mountain Bike Series Expert Division Championship in 4X Mountain Biking....
