JIM BULLOCH has lived on Kauai since 1974 and been an active REALTOR(R)-Associate with Coldwell Banker Makai Properties since 1987. His experiences in realeEstate reflect his experiences in life.  He has made lifelong friends on Kauai, and many are a direct result of his real estate dealings.  In fact, all Jim‘s clients become his friends.

He is an avid golfer and had the experience of playing golf in Scotland in June 2011. “Scotland was Green, Green, Green, just like Kauai and St. Andrew’s was

awesome.”  Kauai has many excellent golf courses to share.  Bring your clubs and we’ll tee it up.

Jim has a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University and has studied Project Management at the Master's level at George Washington University.  He built his own home in Poipu, currently resides in Eleele Nani and has a world of experience on Kauai.  With his background and knowledge he has the ability to assist with planning and executing a simple home or condo purchase, or he can aid in the development of a subdivision.
