After finishing her BS degree at Columbia University in New York City, she was returning to her island home when she met her husband in Colorado.

Many years later after showing Mitch--her husband--the islands, they settled back on Kauai.

Miki has been a nurse for thirty plus-years and specializes in laser skin care.
